We collect the contact, event, team, player and production details you submit to prepare and follow up on your enquiry. Please only provide information you are entitled to share.

How information is handled

Enquiries are stored in the website database and available to authorised administrators. In partner preview mode, external email and CRM notifications are disabled. When delivery integrations are configured, enquiry details may also be sent to the designated team email and CRM provider for follow-up. We do not subscribe you to marketing through this form.

Young athletes

A parent or guardian should submit enquiries for athletes under 18. Content availability and the necessary permissions will be confirmed before production or publication.

Analytics

Optional analytics and advertising measurement are loaded only if configured and accepted. Your preference is saved on this device. You can clear site storage to choose again. Videos requested by you may connect directly to their hosting service.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact general@glxyhockey.com with your enquiry reference to request an update or deletion. Enquiry data is retained while needed for follow-up and any agreed work.
